Coral Products plc, a group of specialist businesses in the design, UK manufacture and omni-channel supply of a wide range of bespoke plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces that further to the announcement made on 6 May 2025, Robert David has been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Rob brings extensive experience from previous senior management and managing director roles within the UK plastics processing industry. For the past eight months, Rob has served as a key member of Ian Hillman's senior operational management team. During this time, he has made a substantial contribution to the Company's operational and commercial improvements and is regarded as an asset to the organisation.

Pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in respect of Robert Mark David (aged 51):

Rob David holds 5,614 ordinary shares, and 2,500,000 options over new ordinary shares in the Company.

There is no further information regarding Rob David required to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
