(WOO: TSX-V) is\npleased to announce that it has received shareholder approval at its annual\nmeeting to change its name to COGITORE RESOURCES INC. The Company's common\nshares will start trading under the new name on July 11, 2006. The stock\nsymbol will remain the same. The name is being changed to more accurately\nreflect the mineral exploration activity that is at the core of the Company's\nbusiness.\nThe Company is also very pleased to announce that at its annual meeting\nJune 27, 2006, Company President GDerald Riverin was elected to the board of\ndirectors.
