Cogitore Resources Inc. retains Louis Morin for investor relations

(the "Company") (WOO:\nTSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Louis Morin\nto coordinate and expand its investor relations activities.\n\n\nMr. Morin will provide investor relations services on a month by month\nbasis effective immediately. In consideration for his services, Mr. Morin will\nbe paid a monthly fee of $6,000 and will be reimbursed for authorized\nexpenses. Subject to required regulatory approvals, Mr. Morin will also be\ngranted stock options to purchase up to 75,000 common shares at an exercise\nprice of $0.50, expiring on February 4, 2013. The options will vest in three\nmonth stages over a 12 month period in accordance with regulation authorities.\n\n\nMr. Morin has a combined 35 years of experience in mineral exploration\nand the securities industry. He was involved in mineral exploration field work\nearly in his career before spending 17 years working as an investment advisor\nwith a number of major brokerage firms. For the last six years Mr. Morin has\nrun his own investor relations consulting service.\n\n\nThe Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in\nprospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining\ndevelopment.
