(the \"Company\") (WOO,\nTSX-V) is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its previously\nannounced private placement of 600,000 Flow-Through Shares at $1.05 per Share\nto raise $630,000. No commissions were paid by the Company as part of this\noffering.\nThe Common Shares are subject to resale restrictions pursuant to\napplicable securities laws requirements and notably to a hold period of four\nmonths plus one day from the closing date.\nThe proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund the Company's 2007\nexploration program.\nThe Company now has 22,788,873 common shares issued and outstanding.\nThe Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in\nprospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining\ndevelopment.
