(the \"Company\") (WOO:\nTSX-V) is pleased to announce the commencement of its 2006 exploration\ndrilling program on the Lemoine property (the \"Property\").\nOne drill rig has mobilized and is currently in operation on the Property\nwhere the Company plans to drill about 5,700 metres. The drill program will be\nfocused along the Lemoine horizon and on a new potential horizon located to\nthe north of the former producing Lemoine mine. The main drilling areas are in\nthe vicinity of holes LEM-47 and LEM-49 in which encouraging sulphide\nmineralization and hydrothermal alteration were discovered in late 2005,\nincluding 1.77% Zn over 9.0 metres in LEM-47 and 1.18% Zn over 7.0 metres in\nLEM-49 (see Press releases of November 17 and December 7, 2005).\nIn addition to the drilling program, the Company has signed a contract\nwith Quantec Geoscience to carry out a TITAN 24 Deep Earth Imaging survey over\n3 selected areas along the Lemoine Mine horizon. TITAN 24 is designed to\ndetect deep-seated mineralized zones to depths beyond 700-1000 metres. The\nsurvey is planned for early October.\nThe Company has also advised Inmet Mining that it has now fully earned\nhalf of Inmet's 60% interest in Lemoine. Combined with the 40% interest\nrecently purchased from Lounor Exploration (Press release of May 30, 2006),\nCogitore now owns a 70% interest in the project. Inmet has subsequently\ndeclined to participate in the 2006 program and, accordingly, the Company's\ninterest in Lemoine will further increase.\nIn the meantime, drilling continues on the new VMS discovery at the Scott\nLake project with one drill rig, and the Company is attempting to contract for\na second drill rig for the project. The Lemoine and Scott Lake properties both\nenclose laterally extensive segments of the Waconichi Formation over 17 km and\n20 km of strike length respectively. More details on the Lemoine and Scott\nLake projects are available on the Company's web site at www.cogitore.com.\nThe Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in\nprospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining\ndevelopment. Accordingly, it will focus its work in the Abitibi Belt of Quebec\nand Ontario, and in the Central Belt of Newfoundland.\n\nOn Behalf of the Board of Directors\nGDeral...
