(WOO - TSX-V) (the\n"Company") announces that it has granted 450,000 stock options to directors\nand officers to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of\n$0.57 per share expiring September 12, 2012.\n\n\nThe Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in\nprospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining\ndevelopment.
