(the "Company") (WOO:\nTSX-V) announces that it has granted Louis Morin, Director of Investor\nRelations for the Company, stock options to purchase up to 75,000 common\nshares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.50, expiring on June 30,\n2013, as per the Company's original agreement with Mr. Morin. The options will\nvest in three month stages over a 12 month period in accordance with\nregulation authorities.\n\n\nThe Company has developed a strategic focus on base metal exploration in\nprospective areas that also feature infrastructure favourable for mining\ndevelopment.
