(the\n\"Company\") (WOO - TSX-V) is pleased to announce that on February 8, 2007, Dr.\nGerald Riverin was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective\nimmediately. Dr. Riverin is President of the Company and is also on the Board\nof Directors. Mr. Mark Goodman will continue to serve as the Company's\nExecutive Chairman.\n\n\nDr. Riverin has served as the Company's President since September, 2004.\nPrior to joining Cogitore Resources Inc., Dr. Riverin spent 27 years working\nfor Inmet Mining Corporation and its predecessors, including ten years as\nGeneral Manager for North American exploration. He obtained his Ph.D. from\nQueen's University in 1977 and has been involved with the development of\nseveral properties, including the discovery of Inmet's Troilus open pit\ngold-copper mine near Chibougamau. Dr. Riverin is internationally renowned as\nan expert on the geology of volcanogenic massive sulphide deposits. He has\nalso recently completed a term as President of the Association de\nl'Exploration Miniere du Quebec.\n\n\nMr. Mark Goodman stated: \"We are very pleased that Dr. Riverin has\naccepted the position of Chief Executive Officer.
