(the \"Company\") (WOO:\nTSX-V) is pleased to announce the commencement of its 2007 exploration program\non the Estrades property (\"the \"Property\"). This program includes drilling on\nboth the 100% owned Estrades Mine Property and on the adjacent claims that are\nsubject to the Company's earn-in joint venture agreement with Inmet Mining. To\ndate Cogitore has completed over 40% of total required expenditures to fulfil\nthe Inmet agreement.\n\n\nThe first hole of a 4,000 metre drill program has commenced. The program\nis intended to:\n\na) validate the resources on a potential additional mineralized zone\n that was identified 100 metres east of the Main Zone by Scott Wilson\n Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (\"Scott Wilson RPA\") in their November\n 2006 NI-43-101 compliant Technical Report (filed on SEDAR).\nb) follow up on borehole geophysical anomalies or encouraging\n mineralization discovered in 2006;\nc) provide information on previously unexplored areas on the Property;\n\n\nIn addition, Quantec Geoscience Inc. has mobilized to the project to\nbegin a TITAN 24 survey in the immediate Estrades mine area to identify\npotential deep targets for further drilling. TITAN is considered today as the\nmost advanced technology in earth imaging and has been shown to obtain\ncritical information to depths of several hundred metres. Cogitore believes\nthat using state-of-the-art exploration technologies in high potential\nproperties is key to discovering new orebodies at depth.\n\n\nEngineering firm GENIVAR is making good progress with the feasibility\nstudy on the Estrades deposit. The study is focusing on a portion of the\nEstrades Main Zone located above a depth of 415m and in which Scott Wilson RPA\ncalculated resources of 390,000 tonnes grading 0.80% Cu, 11.03% Zn, 6.24 g/t\nAu and 187.3 g/t Ag. Completion of the study is anticipated in the first\nquarter of 2007.\n\n\nWork is carried out by the personnel of Cogitore Resources Inc., under\nthe supervision of Gerald Riverin, PhD, P.Geo.
