(CPL.H - TSX Venture NEX),  (\"Champlain\" or the \"Corporation\"), listed on the TSX Venture NEX Exchange under the trading symbol \"CPL.H\",  is pleased to announce that on June 14, 2010 the TSX has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced April 28th 2010.This first tranche of the non-brokered financing consisted of 2,000,000 shares at a price of $0.05 and 2,000,000 warrants exercisable at $0.10 for a one year period. This first tranche will be used for working capital.
