Champlain Resources Inc. Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

Calgary, Alberta CANADA, April 19, 2012 /FSC/ - Champlain Resources Inc. (CPL - TSX Venture), announces that, further to its news release dated April 9, 2012, it has changed its name to Beacon Resources Inc. (the "Company") and has effected a share consolidation of its authorized and issued outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) new share for every ten (10) old shares held.

The number of shares currently issued and outstanding is 5,446,688 common shares.

The name change will be effective for trading commencing April 20, 2012 and the Company's shares will remain trading on the TSX-V, under the new symbol "TAL".  The Company's new CUSIP number is 073683104.
