Lonero, as Vice President, Land for Champlain. Thomas Lonero, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, brings to Champlain over 13 years experience in the field as well as a variety of professional memberships including: American Association of Professional Landmen (Michael Late Benedum Chapter) (AAPL), International Right of Way Association (Past Member) and the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. \"I am very happy that Champlain has secured Thomas Lonero as our V.P. Land. To add an individual of Mr. Lonero's caliber to our management team is an accomplishment,\" says Troy Mochoruk, Chairman & CEO of Champlain. \"Thomas has already positioned Champlain to continue negotiating on an additional 15,000 acres in the Marcellus shale corridor, bringing Champlain's prospective Marcellus shale leases to approximately 25,000 acres.\" \n\nMr. Lonero's experience has included land acquisition and abstractors' services to several large companies including Chesapeake Energy, TriEnergy, and Discovery, leasing thousands of acres in the Appalachian Basin. Mr. Lonero has completed several challenging projects, including some of the hardest areas to title in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. \n\nMr. Lonero brings with him an additional team member, Andy McCullough.
