Dean Fraser as a director of the Company.  Mr. Fraser obtained a bachelors of science in geology in 1992 from the Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of both Saskatchewan and Newfoundland.  Mr. Fraser's appointment is effective June 3, 2010.The Company also wishes to announce that it accepted the resignation of Mr. John Arnold as a director of the Company on June 2, 2010.
