The Rights Offering is being undertaken to provide funds for exploration, working capital and general corporate purposes.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Details of the Rights Offering\n \n \n \n Rights will be offered on the basis of one (1) right (the \"\n \n Rights\n \n \") for each common share of\n \n Libero Copper\n \n held at the Record Date. One Right will entitle the holder to subscribe for one common share of Libero Copper upon payment of the subscription price of\n \n C$0.02\n \n per common share.
