The details are set out as follows\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Transferring Party \n \n \n \n \n Original Holding\n \n \n \n \n Number of Shares Transferred\n \n \n \n \n Price per Transferring Share \n \n \n \n \n Total Shares remaining\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Rare Bird Hotels Limited \n \n \n \n \n 9,523,809\n \n \n \n \n 1,164,381\n \n \n \n \n 73p\n \n \n \n \n 8,359,428\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n These transfers were intended and permitted pursuant to the terms of a series of Lock In Agreements signed by each of Hugh Osmond and Rare Bird Hotels Limited on 18 September 2020 and are to principally facilitate the settlement in specie of certain shareholder loan notes within the Rare Bird Hotels Limited group (further details of these arrangements are set out in the Company's Admission Document, which can be found on the Company's website \n \n www.variouseateries.co.uk\n \n . As a result of these transfers, certain individuals and companies, who have been supportive long term investors in the hotel businesses acquired by the Company, will now become shareholders in Various Eateries. The effective date of the transfer of shares is today.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following these transfers, Hugh Osmond is deemed to be interested in 41,616,859 Ordinary Shares representing 46.76% of the total issued share capital of the Company of which 24,569,344 Ordinary Shares are held by Xercise 2 Limited, 8,359,428 Ordinary Shares are held by Rare Birds Hotel Limited, 3,174,603 Ordinary Shares are held by the Great House at Sonning Limited and 5,513,484 Ordinary Shares are held by Friends Provident International (FPI operates on an execution only basis on the sole instruction of Hugh Osmond).\n \n \n \n \n \n Enquiries\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Various Eateries plc\n \n \n \n \n \n \n...
