[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2109O Conygar Investment Company PLC(The) 01 October 2019 \n\n \n1 October 2019\nTHE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC\nPotential transactions in own shares during close period\nThe Conygar Investment Company PLC (\"Conygar\" or \"Company\"), the property investment and development group, announces that the Company has entered into a close period ahead of the notification of its audited annual results for the year ended 30 September 2019 (the \"Close Period\"), which is expected to be on or around 26 November 2019.\nPursuant to the share buyback authority approved by shareholders on 21 December 2018 (the \"Authority\"), the Company has appointed Liberum Capital Limited (\"Liberum\") to manage an irrevocable, non-discretionary share buyback programme to repurchase on its behalf, and within certain parameters, ordinary shares in the Company, which will be held as treasury shares, during the Close Period.\nThe Company and its directors have no power to invoke any changes to the above programme and they will be conducted at the sole discretion of Liberum.
