[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1233Y Conygar Investment Company PLC(The) 01 March 2017 \n\nFor immediate release\n1 March 2017\nTHE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC\nPLANNING PERMISSION FOR FIRST PHASE OF FISHGAURD MARINA DEVELOPMENT IS RECEIVED\nConygar Stena Line Limited, the joint venture between The Conygar Investment Company PLC (\"Conygar\") and Stena Line, is pleased to announce that Pembrokeshire County Council's planning committee has unanimously approved the application for first phase of the Fishguard Harbour Marina project. \nPlanning consent for the first phase consists of:\n· An 8.28 hectare development platform;\n· Two breakwaters;\n· 345 floating marina berths; and\n· A dredged marina basin.\nThis is the first of five phases of the development and it focuses on infrastructure. The completed Fishguard Harbour Marina project will consist of a commercial area, residential apartments and retail facilities.\nRobert Ware, Chief Executive of Conygar, said: \"We are pleased that planning consent has been granted for this phase of the development.
