The application, submitted to Leicestershire County Council, is for a Marks & Spencer \"Food Hall\", measuring approximately 11,000 sq. ft., with associated parking, services and landscaping.\nConygar has a further 2 acres available for development and is in discussions with potential occupiers on that remaining land. \nJones Bros. Civil Engineering are currently on site constructing the spine road and utility services that will open the site up for future development.
