[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9568D Conygar Investment Company PLC(The) 11 December 2009 \n \n11 December 2009\nThe Conygar Investment Company PLC\nExercise of Options by Directors\n\nThe Conygar Investment Company PLC (\"the Company\") advises that on 10 December 2009 Peter Batchelor, Finance Director, exercised options under the Company's Executive Director Share Option Scheme in respect of 312,500 ordinary 5p shares in the Company (\"Shares\") at a price of 50 pence per Share, and 62,500 Shares at a price of 69 pence per Share.\n\nFollowing this transaction, Mr Batchelor's holding in the Company is now 560,001 Shares representing 0.48% of the total voting rights.\n\nThe Company also advises that on 10 December 2009 Steven Vaughan, Property Director, exercised options under the Company's Executive Director Share Option Scheme in respect of 250,000 Shares at a price of 69 pence per Share.\n\nFollowing this transaction, Mr Vaughan's holding in the Company is now 375,000 Shares representing 0.32% of the total voting rights.\n\nApplication has been made to AIM for admission of 625,000 Shares. These Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue.
