Both of the acquisitions were made at a price per share of 82.5 pence. Following the respective acquisitions, Michael Wigley holds 130,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 1.33% of the shares in issue. Nigel Hamway owns 147,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 1.51% of the shares in issue.
