Barclays Loan Extension and Notice of Results
The Conygar Investment Company PLC has restructured its development loan with Barclays for the Winfield Court student accommodation, extending the repayment date from December 23, 2025, to December 23, 2026. The total loan facility has been reduced from £43.6 million to £38.8 million, reflecting a £3.9 million repayment and cancellation of an undrawn £0.9 million facility.
