[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9567F Conygar Investment Company PLC(The) 31 May 2013 \n \n\n \nFor immediate release\n31 May 2013\nTHE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC\nACQUISITION OF LAND AT PARC CYBI, ANGLESEY\nThe Conygar Investment Company PLC (Conygar or the Company), the property investment and development group, is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the Welsh Government for the grant of a 999 year lease over 14 developable acres at Parc Cybi, Anglesey for a truck stop, logistics depot and service units. The lease is conditional upon obtaining satisfactory planning consent. Parc Cybi is a strategic employment and industrial development site for North West Wales, facilitated by the Welsh Government and designated as a qualifying site within the Anglesey Enterprise Zone.\nConygar submitted a planning application for a 168 space truck stop with associated amenities in December last year and is hopeful that it will be granted a favourable consent in the near future so that the development can proceed.\nThe Company has also exercised its option to acquire a further 12 acres of land at Parc Cybi upon which it has already obtained planning consent for 110,000 sq ft of distribution warehousing and 30,000 sq ft of offices.
