[{"type":"text","content":"\n Harrier Group PLC\n02 June 2006\n\n Harrier Group plc ('Harrier' or the 'Company')\n\n\n\n Update\n\n\n\n\n\nSuspension\n\n\n\nThe Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM at 7.00am on Friday 2\nJune 2006 under Rule 8 of the AIM Rules. The listing on AIM of the Company's\nshares will be cancelled with effect from 7.00am on 4 December 2006 if it has\nnot undertaken a reverse takeover by that date.\n\n\n\nUpdate\n\n\n\nThe Board is pleased to announce that Harrier is currently negotiating with a\npotential acquisition. The Company has been in discussions with the target since\nJanuary of this year and both parties have agreed the broad parameters of a\nproposed transaction.\n\n\n\nAdvisers have been instructed and subject to satisfactory due diligence and\nshareholder consent we anticipate the enlarged entity being re-admitted to AIM\nin the third or fourth quarter of this year.
