(TSX:CSU)\n(\"Constellation\" or the \"Company\") today announced its unaudited financial\nresults for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2006. Note\nall dollar amounts referred to in this press release are U.S. Dollars unless\notherwise stated.\nThird quarter revenue was $53.8 million, an increase of 26%, compared to\n$43.0 million reported in the same period last year. Third quarter revenue per\nshare on a fully diluted basis increased 22%, compared to the prior year's\nthird quarter. Total revenue for the current nine month period was\n$157.0 million, an increase of 30% over last year. Revenue per share on a\nfully diluted basis for the current nine month period increased 26% compared\nto 2005.\nAdjusted EBITDA for the third quarter was $7.9 million, a 12% increase\ncompared to the prior year's third quarter Adjusted EBITDA of $7.1 million.\nThird quarter Adjusted EBITDA per share on a fully diluted basis increased 8%,\ncompared to the prior year's third quarter. Adjusted EBITDA for the current\nnine month period was $22.5 million, an increase of 33% over last year.\nAdjusted EBITDA per share on a fully diluted basis for the current nine month\nperiod increased 29% compared to 2005.\nAdjusted Net Income for the third quarter was $6.8 million, compared to\nthe prior year's third quarter Adjusted Net Income of $5.2 million, a 31%\nincrease. Third quarter Adjusted Net Income per share on a fully diluted basis\nincreased 26% compared to the prior year's third quarter. Adjusted Net Income\nfor the current nine month period was $17.0 million, an increase of 30% over\nlast year. Adjusted Net Income per share on a fully diluted basis for the\ncurrent nine month period increased 26% compared to 2005.\nNet income for the third quarter was $2.3 million compared to the prior\nyear's third quarter net income of $2.1 million. On a fully diluted per share\nbasis, this translates into net income per share of $0.11 for the third\nquarter of 2006, compared to a net income per fully diluted share of $0.10 in\nthe same period of 2005. For the first nine months we incurred a net loss of\n$5.1 million or $0.24 per diluted share.
