Harris Computer\nCorporation (\"Harris\"), a leading provider of financial, customer and student\ninformation management software solutions for utilities, local governments and\nschools, has purchased Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (\"Advanced\").\nAs a result of the purchase, Advanced and its flagship CIS Infinity\nproducts are now part of the overall Harris portfolio of solutions. Advanced\nwill operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris and will continue to sell,\ndevelop, enhance, support and service CIS Infinity.\n\"Advanced has long been an admired industry participant in the electric\nand water utility markets,\" said Mark Leonard, Chairman and President of\nConstellation. \"We welcome the Advanced customers, employees and products to\nthe Harris family.
