(TSX:CSU) (the\n\"Company\") announced today that it has filed with the Ontario Securities\nCommission a notice declaring its intention to be qualified under National\nInstrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions.\nPursuant to the amended and restated registration rights agreement (the\n\"Registration Rights Agreement\") between the Company and certain of its\nshareholders dated May 15, 2006, certain holders of Registrable Securities (as\ndefined in the Registration Rights Agreement) holding not less than 10% of the\nissued and outstanding Common Shares and Class A Non-Voting Shares of the\nCompany may, in certain circumstances, require the Company to file a\nprospectus under applicable Canadian securities laws to qualify the\ndistribution of the Registrable Securities. Other holders of Registrable\nSecurities have certain rights to piggy back on such a distribution.
