(\"Constellation\")\n(TSX: CSU) today announced that it has been advised that eight of its officers\nand directors have each entered into agreements with a brokerage firm to adopt\nautomatic share purchase and disposition plans in accordance with applicable\nsecurities laws. The plans allow for the purchase and disposition of\nConstellation common shares in a systematic manner based upon pre-determined\ncriteria.
