(JOR - TSX Venture)("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce that it will be attending the 2012 Prospector's and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Conference in Toronto, which is being held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre - South Building. The Company will be exhibiting in the PDAC Investors Exchange, located on the lower level, from Sunday, March 4th through Wednesday, March 7th.

Jourdan Resources will be co-sponsoring the Shoe Shine booth located just inside the main entrance to the Investors Exchange. Company representatives Michael Dehn, President and Glen Wylie, CFO will be on hand to discuss recent developments as well as the Company's plans for 2012.
