He had a 30 year career in at the Office Cherifien des Phosphates (OCP) (http://www.ocpgroup.ma)in Morocco, the world's largest producer of phosphates, where he used his outstanding negotiation and business-development skills as well as his ability to operate in a wide range of cultural environments to break into new markets and achieve superior sales growth in the South-Asia & Pacific region. Mr. Moutia's skills include guidance to enhance yields in rock phosphate mining and in phosphoric acid and fertilizer production plants.\nWith strengths on business development and project management Mr. Moutia was able to develop and execute key partnerships and long-term contracts including increasing OCP's sales in Pakistan, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand and the Philippines. Additionally Mr. Moutia was successful in establishing from first contact through production the Pakistan-Maroc Phosphore SA joint venture between OCP and the Fauji Group, the largest fertilizer producer in Pakistan, including the capital raising of $230 million.\nNajib Moutia states, \"The global market for fertilizers is presently undergoing fundamental change as the increased demand for fertilizers to support food production to feed the world is only partially met by existing producers.
