(JOR - TSX Venture(\"Jourdan\" or the \"Corporation\") (www.jourdan.ca) today announces that it has changed its auditor from Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP (the \"Former Auditor\") to BDO Canada LLP (the \"Successor Auditor\") effective February 11, 2013.\nAt the request of Jourdan, the Former Auditor resigned as auditor of the Corporation effective February 11, 2013.  The Board of Directors of the Corporation has appointed the Successor Auditor as the Corporation's auditor in the place and stead of the Former Auditor effective February 11, 2013 until the close of the next Annual Meeting of the Company.\nThere were no reservations in the Former Auditor's reports in connection with the financial statements of the Corporation for the two most recently completed fiscal years; and any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the effective date of expiry of the Former Auditor's term of office.\nThe Corporation confirms that there have been no reportable events as defined in the National Instrument 51-102 and, in its opinion, there are no reportable events pending.\nThe Board of Directors of the Corporation has reviewed and approved the Reporting Package as defined in the National Instrument 51-102.\nAbout BDO\nBDO has almost 2,400 partners and professionals nationwide and, as a member firm of the international BDO network, has access to 1,118 offices in 135 countries.  They serve approximately 200 reporting issuers across the country.  They have extensive experience in the natural resources sector, having worked with 111 (Ontario) and 418 (National) clients in exploration, production and service companies.\nAbout Jourdan Resources\nJourdan Resources Inc. is a Canadian junior mining exploration company trading under the symbol JOR on the TSX Venture Exchange.
