Of particular interest:\n\n1. William Grant presented the Directors' Report to the shareholders.\n Mr. Grant declared 2004 as a watershed year for the Company. The\n Company had a profit of $371,717 on revenues of $1,001,260. In\n addition, Mr. Grant announced that construction of Ocean Breezes III,\n the fully permitted, 68-unit residential development in Birch Bay,\n Washington, is scheduled to begin at the end of this year and to be\n completed by January 2007. The Company will earn project\n administration fee income for this property development.\n\n2. Robert H. Grant, William N. Grant, Robert H. McClelland and James W.\n F. Tutton were re-elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing\n year.\n\n3.
