The financial results of the Company for the three months ended June 30, 2010 show a net loss of $59,826 or $0.01 per share (2009 - $57,022 or $0.01 per share) on revenues of $71,593 (2009 - $80,137). No additional fee income, above and beyond the Company's monthly administration fees, was received in the second quarter of 2010.
