Mr. McDonald is the President of Results Management\nInc., Management Consultants. He is also currently Chairman of the Board and a\nDirector of Vitality Products Inc. Mr. McDonald is a former President of KNV\nResults Management Inc., Management Consultants; former Vice President and\nGeneral Manager of Andre's Wines; and former Vice President, Scott Paper.\nAt the annual general meeting, shareholders also approved increasing the\nsize of the Board by one to five places and re-elected Robert H. Grant,\nWilliam N. Grant, Robert H. McClelland and James W. F.
