Grant, Chairman of the Board of Directors\n and President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, passed away\n suddenly on November 27, 2011.  Mr. Grant's contributions over his\n years of service to the Company were greatly appreciated and he will be\n missed.\n\n\nW. Douglas Grant has been appointed President & CEO of the Company by\n the Board of Directors effective immediately.  W. Douglas Grant has\n been the Vice President & CFO of the Company since July 2002.  He was\n the Controller of the Company from February 1997 to June 2002 and he\n has worked at the Company since May 1996.  W. Douglas Grant has dual\n Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell University and\n Queen's University and received his Certified Management Accountant\n designation in 2007.\n\n\nJames W. F. Tutton, Vice President, Real Estate and Secretary and\n Director of the Company, has been appointed interim CFO by the Board of\n Directors effective immediately.  Mr. Tutton has served on the Board of\n Directors since June 1993.\n\n\nW.
