[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n26 September 2017\n\nConroy Gold and Natural Resources plc\n\n(“Conroy†or “the Companyâ€)\n\nResult of Court Hearing\n\nConroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR; ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, is pleased to announce that earlier today the High Court in Dublin held in favour of the Company in the case brought against it by Mr Patrick O'Sullivan. The Judge found that Mr O’Sullivan did not comply with the notification requirements under the Articles of Association of the Company in advance of the extraordinary general meeting and that there was nothing improper or untoward in the actions of the chairman at the meeting.
