(\"Conroy\" or \"the Company\"), the AIM-listed\nexploration company which has delineated a 30 mile gold trend in Ireland, is\npleased to announce that it is to seek admission of its fully-paid ordinary\nshares of €0.03 each to trading on the Irish Enterprise Exchange (\"IEX\") of the\nIrish Stock Exchange.\n\nAdmission is expected to take effect from 7 December 2009: the date of the\nCompany's forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Company's IEX Adviser is IBI\nCorporate Finance Limited. For the avoidance of doubt, Merchant John East\nSecurities Limited and City Capital Corporation Limited remains the Company's\nnominated adviser and broker on AIM, respectively.\n\nCommenting on this move, Chairman Professor Richard Conroy said:\n\n\"We already attract the interest of many Irish investors because of our\nexploration success in Ireland. We believe that listing on IEX will facilitate\ndealings for Irish or other investors who normally trade in Euro, particularly\nas we are now at such an exciting stage with our gold discoveries in the\nClontibret-Clay Lake area of our licences.\n\n\"In addition, our most recent discovery, to the south of Clay Lake, is a very\nlarge zinc anomaly extending over several square kilometres.
