(OTC Pink: CNRD.PK) announced today its first quarter 2013 results and backlog.\n\n\nFor the quarter ended March 31, 2013, Conrad achieved net income of $5.9 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.99 compared to net income of $3.2 million and earnings per diluted share of $0.52 during the first quarter of 2012. The diluted shares for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 are 6.0 million compared to 6.1 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
