(TSX.V: NTH)\n(OTCQB: CCWOF) (FRANKFURT: 4T9B) (the \"Company\" or\n\"Nord\")\n \n\n announces that the Company has\nclosed a non brokered private placement financing by issuing 1,875,000\nflow-through units (“FT Units”) at a price of $0.16 per FT Unit\nraising gross proceeds of $300,000, subject to final TSX Venture\nExchange (“Exchange”) approval\n \n\n .\n \n\n\n\n Each FT Unit is comprised of one common share of the\nCompany and one share purchase warrant.  Each whole warrant will\nentitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of\nthe Company at an exercise price of $0.20 per share, for a period of\ntwo years from closing.\n \n\n\n The Company also paid finder fees in the amount of $18,000 cash and\n112,500 finder warrants where each finder warrant will entitle the\nfinder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an\nexercise price of $0.20 per share for two years from closing.
