(TSXV: COS) announces that it has\nextended the final closing date of its previously-announced\nnon-brokered private placement to August 30, 2024. As previously\nannounced, the private placement consists of a maximum of\n5,000,000 units at a price of $0.12 per unit for maximum gross\nproceeds of $600,000. Each unit will be comprised of one common share\nand one-half of a common share purchase warrant.
