[{"type":"text","content":"\n Creston PLC\n15 May 2006\n\n\n\n15 May 2006\n\n\n\n\n\nCreston Plc (\"Creston\" or the \"Company\")\n\nResult of Extraordinary General Meeting (\"EGM\")\n\n\n\n\n\nCreston, the marketing services and communications group, is pleased to announce\nthat the resolutions relating to the acquisitions of ICM Research Limited (\"ICM\n\"), Tullo Marshall Warren Limited and Colombus Communications Limited (\"TMW\nGroup\"), the Placing and Open Offer and the remaining resolutions set out in the\nnotice of EGM appended to the combined circular and prospectus dated 20 April\n2006 (the \"Prospectus\") were duly passed by shareholders at the EGM held today\nat 11.00 a.m.\n\n\n\nApplication has been made for the 9,132,306 New Ordinary Shares to be issued\npursuant to the Placing and Open Offer and the 6,996,930 New Ordinary Shares to\nbe issued in connection with the Acquisitions to be admitted to the Official\nList of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's\nmarket for listed securities.
