[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 0521X\n Conduit Holdings Limited\n 29 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n Conduit Holdings Limited (\"Conduit Holdings\")\n \n Hamilton, Bermuda - 29 April 2021\n \n \n 2021 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - CORRECTION OF A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR\n \n \n Conduit Holdings hereby announces that one of the resolutions set out in its Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") to be held on Thursday 13 May 2021 contained a typographical error. In the Notice, Resolution 14 refers to a proposed authority of the Company to purchase its own shares. As set out in the explanatory notes, the intention is that such authority be limited to an aggregate nominal value of US$165,239. Accordingly, the maximum number of Common Shares which may be purchased in Resolution 14 should be 16,523,999 (not 1,652,399 as currently stated) and a procedural resolution to approve such corrected Resolution 14 will be proposed at the AGM. A copy of the corrected Notice is available to view in the \"Shareholder Information\" section of Conduit Holdings' website at https://conduitreinsurance.com/shareholder-information/ and will shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
