Creston PLC 18 June 2001 Creston Plc The Company has been notified that Mr T P King shareholding has been reduced to a total of 2,330,765 shares or 20.78% of the issued share capital. Mr King was previously the Chief Executive of Creston Plc when it was a property company and resigned on 10 February 2000. Creston is now a marketing services company having re-listed on 31 January 2001.
