CRESTON PLC 3 September 1999 APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS The Board of Creston plc agreed today to co-opt Michael Robotham and Charles Bunker to the Board of the company as non-executive directors with immediate effect. Accordingly there is no need to convene the extraordinary general meeting that was requisitioned by members. All efforts continue to be directed to maintaining and increasing the excellent results achieved over the past four years.
