D C Marshall Appointed Chairman

Creston PLC 29 November 1999 The Board of Creston plc announces that on 26 November 1999, Mr D C Marshall was appointed as Chairman following the resignation of Mr R G Hooker. Mr Marshall was an existing non-executive director of the company and Mr Hooker remains as a non-executive director. The Board of Creston plc also announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the company's seventy second annual general meeting held on 26 November 1999 were passed.
