[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 4523P\n Concurrent Technologies PLC\n 09 June 2020\n \n \n \n \n 9 June 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n Concurrent Technologies Plc\n \n \n (the 'Company')\n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights & Director Shareholding\n \n \n \n \n \n Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC) advises that it has transferred a total of 105,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") from Treasury in order to satisfy the exercise of share options.\n After this transfer, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 73,900,012 Ordinary Shares, of which 226,522 are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of the Company's Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 73,673,490.\n This figure of 73,673,490 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they have a notifiable interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, or if such interest has changed.\n \n A tranche of these transfers from Treasury related to the exercise by Mr David Evans-Hughes, Engineering Director, of options in respect of 75,000 Ordinary Shares at 39 pence each on 8 June 2020.
