Concurrent Technologies PLC 02 June 2004 Concurrent Technologies plc Appointment of Non Executive Director Concurrent Technologies plc ('the Company') announces the appointment of Clive Thomson, as a Non Executive Director. Clive has worked in stockbroking for more than 20 years and is a former Director of stockbrokers Bell Lawrie White, a division of Brewin Dolphin Securities. As a former investment analyst, Clive has a good knowledge of the embedded computer marketplace and maintains strong connections with institutional investors who also follow this niche market. Clive Thomson, commented: 'Concurrent Technologies is recognised internationally in the field of embedded computers for high end applications. The recent agreement with Thales represents a shift forward in terms of recognition in the international marketplace, whilst providing additional opportunities for new high value product development.
