Computacenter plc announced the appointment of Keith Mortimer as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, effective September 1, 2025. Mr. Mortimer, who joined Computacenter in 1999, will receive an annual base salary of £390,000 and a pension in line with other UK employees. His FY2025 bonus will be 150% of his base salary (pro-rated), with 50% deferred into shares payable over two years. In March 2026, he is expected to receive a Performance Share Plan (PSP) award worth 150% of his base salary (subject to performance conditions and vesting/holding periods) and a Restricted Share Plan (RSP) award worth 35% of his base salary (subject to continued employment and vesting/holding periods).
