Computacenter plc has announced the acquisition of AgreeYa Solutions Inc. for an enterprise value of up to $120 million, which is expected to be immediately earnings accretive and funded from existing cash resources. AgreeYa, a US-based professional services business with operations in India, is projected to report consolidated revenue of approximately $120 million and Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $14 million for 2025. It serves large customers in a range of markets including telecommunications, financial services, professional services and state/local government. The company has over 600 people in the United States and over 700 in India (including contract staff), where the main base is Noida, near Delhi. AgreeYa is expected to report consolidated revenue (all professional services) in 2025 of approximately $120m with Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $14m. The transaction will be funded from existing cash resources and is expected to be immediately earnings accretive. The existing AgreeYa leadership will stay to run the business which will be fully integrated, over time, into Computacenter's US and India operations.\nAgreeYa enhances Computacenter's existing capabilities in the areas of cloud, data, automation and AI; digital engineering (app modernisation, development and testing); modern workplace and IT staffing (expert services).
