Completion of the sale is expected before the end of the current calendar year. The sale price was £2.69million, before costs associated with the transaction.\n \nThe sale of the CPU was highlighted to shareholders in the Placing announcement released by the Company on 28 September 2017. The Company will notify shareholders when the sale completes.
