[{"type":"text","content":"\n Comland Commercial PLC\n03 October 2007\n\n\nComland Commercial Plc ('Comland ' or the 'Company')\n\nResults of Court Meeting, EGM and AGM\n\nAt the Court Meeting held earlier today, shareholders holding 213,973 Comland\nshares, representing 51.5 per cent. of those eligible to vote, voted in favour\nof the resolution, with no votes against, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement\nfirst announced on 7 September 2007 ('the Scheme'). Accordingly the requisite\nmajority of at least three quarters of those voting have approved the Scheme.\n\nAt the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution to apply\nfor the cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM was also passed\nunanimously.\n\nAccordingly, application will now be made to the Court to sanction the Scheme.\nThe Court Hearing is expected to take place on 12 October 2007 and cancellation\nof the Company's admission to trading on AIM is expected to take effect at 08.00\non 15 October 2007.
